Set notification preferences
Choose which emails you receive from the app.
Notification preferences are personal: they control the emails you receive, not anyone else's. This guide covers turning them on and picking which ones you want.
Where this lives
Open Settings → Notifications. Every signed-in user has their own preferences.
Turn notifications on
New users start with every email off. A master switch controls all of them.
- Open Settings → Notifications.
- Turn on the master switch. The individual options stay greyed out until you do.
- Choose the emails you want.
Choose which emails you get
With the master switch on, pick from:
- Draft PO created: when someone creates a draft purchase order.
- Inbound PO issue: when an inbound order has a problem.
- Shipping cost alert: when a shipment runs over its threshold.
Turn the master switch back off at any time to silence all emails without losing your individual choices.
