Manage product categories
Add, rename, and delete the categories you assign to products.
Product categories are the labels you assign to products. Categories belong to one account, so you manage them per account.
Where this lives
Open Settings → Product Categories. Every signed-in user can manage categories.
Manage a brand's categories
- Open Settings → Product Categories.
- Pick the account whose categories you want to manage.
- From there you can:
- Add a new category.
- Rename an existing category.
- Delete a category.
What deleting does
Products aren't deleted
Deleting a category doesn't delete its products. It marks them as uncategorized, so nothing is lost. The products simply have no category until you assign a new one.
