The web app is the portal your team uses every day. It connects to ShipHero and turns raw fulfillment data into reports, forecasts, and purchase orders.
This section explains what each screen does. It targets business analysts, clients, and developers alike.
The main menu
The left sidebar groups screens into six areas:
Dashboard
Headline statistics about inventory, orders, and shipments.
Inventory
Replen report, inventory snapshot, reorder point settings, and product details.
Replenishment
Track each brand's reorder cycle and the purchase orders placed for it.
Purchase Orders
Create draft purchase orders, push them to ShipHero, and track receiving discrepancies.
Forecast
Project future inventory needs from sales history.
Shipments
Browse shipments, watch price alerts, and analyze shipping zones.
Settings
Manage accounts, users, notifications, product categories, and SKU sync.
